your children to Kids Zone, they will receive numbered security tags that will
be clipped on to their shirts and diaper bags. You will receive tags with
matching numbers. You must have these security tags in order to pick up your
children. This is to ensure that no one picks them up without your permission. In
the event we need to contact you during the Mass, an announcement with the
security tag number will be made, no names will be mentioned.

team members monitor the entrances to Kids Zone before and after Mass.
The doors are closed and locked once the

begins no further registrations will be accepted – arriving early is crucially

If your children have any allergies or special
dietary needs and cannot eat what we have provided, please inform the adult
leader and bring appropriate snacks for them.
All of our volunteers go through a detailed screening process and
criminal background checks. Many of our volunteers have trained professional
backgrounds in Early Childhood Education and/or Teaching.
Volunteers are never allowed in the bathrooms alone with children. They
will assist them with clothing (as needed) outside the door and with

to change a child this is done in the sight of two adults at all times. If your
child is potty training, please be sure to communicate that to the teacher, and
bring an extra change of clothes.
All volunteers have been trained in emergency procedures. Should it
becomes necessary to leave the Church building during Mass (e.g. fire,
evacuation), please do not go to Kids Zone to pick up your child. All
members of our Children’s Ministry programs will be moved to the tree lined
area in front of the rectory where procedures for safety and reuniting families
are in place.

of your child please speak directly with our Pastor.

Vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours
Common cold (onset through one week)
Any unexplained rash

Any symptoms of common childhood diseases,
such as chicken pox, strep throat, etc.
