Pre-authorized giving replaces weekly cash or cheque offerings with monthly transfers (on the 15th of each month) from your bank account directly to the parish.  Additional information can be found in the form below.

You can print the form below or pick up a printed copy in the church.  Please return to the parish office using one of the following ways;

• place in the Sunday collection basket in a sealed envelope
• scan and email to our Parish Office at [email protected]
• mail your completed form to our Parish Office
• drop off your form using the Parish Office mail slot or in-person when our Parish Office is open.
